In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. No professionalism at all. They do not provide salary on time and the staff at the BKC office is very rude. The owner of the company abuses alot and the treatment is very poor. There was not system for employees promotion, if you are hired company will use you till thay can use. When time will come to increasment. They will talk about your weakness. And finally you will left the job. Same I did.
