Toxic Work Culture and Rampant Nepotism – Stay Away Working at Poorvika Mobiles was one of the worst career experiences I’ve had. The company is plagued with internal politics, favoritism, and nepotism. Promotions and growth are not based on talent or performance, but on personal relationships with higher-ups. Hardworking employees are often ignored, while underperformers with “connections” are rewarded. There’s zero work-life balance, unrealistic expectations, and poor management. Feedback is not welcomed, and employees are expected to blindly follow orders. HR is useless and only works in favor of management. If you're looking to build a healthy career or want a place where your skills are valued — this is not the company for you.

I am a qualified MBA graduate and fluent in five languages. Despite my skills and qualifications, I am currently earning a low salary of ₹12,000 in hand. I also had a very disappointing experience with Customer Care Manager Lalitha, whose behavior was unprofessional and discouraging. I strongly advise others to think twice before joining, as my experience has not been positive. During the hiring process, I observed what seemed to be biased treatment from the HR interviewer, Sara. It appeared that certain candidates were favored based on religious background, particularly in discussions around salary negotiations. Workplace decisions should be based on merit, not religion or personal bias. I request that the company review its HR practices to ensure fairness and equal opportunity for all candidates.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Its been a very pleasant experience.. ever since the start of the day! The office looks highly neat and clean with a warm welcoming atmosphere. Every employees are jovial, polite, caring and motivating and I personally like my HR mam who’s being kind and genuine to everyone. The one thing I like the most is that they don’t make you do anything forcibly without giving a break or rest and they also ensure your safety while you’re travelling. They give your own time to complete your works for the given tasks. Since they provide all the facilities which are needed while working, I would say it’s such a great place to work which values your efforts.

...ey had provided holidays at Saturdays as well. And moreover for the job I like.. I’m ready to put my 100% efforts but the pay is not quiet satisfying considering for the additional works that they give other than the job I do. And also they credit very less leaves. I feel that either the working time and days should be lesser or the pay should be bit higher as I get very less time to spend for myself and my family.

Worst experience I wasted my 2 years in my life. Partiality in salary, growth, even in death also they will show Partiality. Partiality. only old workers can growth . Even if u work or not working monthly they will get salary. no growth for new comers especially for female Accounts Department even you worked hard and proved ur talent and performance but to, you couldn't growth that old lady workers will not allow us to grow. High authority person also support them. Why They are hiring new employees I don't know?
