In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. Hi I worked for Positive Food Ventures Pvt Ltd. for the time period 1.2 Years, I realise company is fraud and the management is carrying very bad thinking, Specially Dhruv is a poltician in this company, he is working in this company as a NSM but he don't know what is sales. i never say to anyone for join this company. this is a very bad company in my life.

...e MD is know every thing, what is running in his company but still he is silent. company stop my 6 month half salary & 2 months full salary. i suggest please join this types company.
