It was an accidental slip. A teammate mentioned her CTC while we were chatting casually. Same designation, same team, joined after me but her salary was almost 30% more. My stomach dropped. I spent days debating whether to bring it up. I didn’t want to come off as insecure or difficult. But I also couldn’t un-know what I knew. Eventually, I had an honest, data-backed conversation with my manager. Turns out, I was right and they revised my pay. It wasn’t easy, but it taught me this: silence doesn’t protect you. They asked me to leave the company without any reason, out of nowhere hey stopped the project and did not offer any option for working. I wasn't the only one loosing the job, the whole team was thrown out. Didn't give any opportunity to learn new things or develop new skills, also questioned my honesty over the bills I submitted against petrol allowances.Pathetic company with no proper management plans and company which doesn't support the resources working with them. A big NO to join such organisation, I am not working since 6 months co of that unprofessional dismissal.

The organisation culture work ethics are best. Management is extremely supportive for the one who r willing to take up challenges and explore new ideas. Management and senior people are courteous and encourage everyone. Amount work is too much but no one ever get stressed of work.
