All night closing no process credit oriented company ,other company performer to be changed to non performer in Profectus,because inko kuch Nahi karna hai sirf politics karna hai,no job security,Hr is dumb & deaf and powerless just for nameshake,lala company ,old employee lobbying

Mangment, HR are hiring with fake commitment when people in systems promise will break when come in systems.Daily two-three meeting in a week. Every week change locations and vision they have no any clarification employees always seems in confusion.

Only salary come in time otherwise nothing good.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

As I have worked in other companies also as Credit Manager in other bank and NBFc I would say these people give you slow poison And it's effect when you realise it , you are almost through Would not highly recommend to anyone Unless you like to play with your career Old employee have a lobby , and Internal politics is there , First time bad experience with a company in my entire career of Credit
