1. Initial business case on projects not studied properly and lot of mid mgmt employees interventions in Product developments for credability sake. 2. Employees reputations spoiled with unnecessary politics which loses ur motivation 3. No systematic approach as proper systems are considered as an inderance to projects success(For fast gorwing companies like Propel it is a must which needs to be realised) 4.
