Salary on time rest of the things are really bad

Dislikes

Managers are very bad with the employees and with in one year they fire 7-8 people who have good knowledge and the reason is they want to hire there previous known people and have good politics and the HR is also not supporting

Only salary is coming on time

Dislikes

Management is really very bad because i was sitting in the client side and they hire a TL from previous tender and he don't know anything about the project , later due to his bad behavior he fired 5 people without any reason and the HR is also taking the decision without any proof . Me and rest of the employees are searching the job due to insecurity

I would better say Salary will be paid well as you are outsourced to the client on a Contract terms.

Most part of their recruitment is outsourced. Once the project is complete before the contract, they will force you to resign. Not many internal projects.
