It's good that you are owner of your feature and you work independently from design to release of your feature. You can lot about design decisions, production considerations and grow as an allround developer

The company is doing tremendous but the benefits are restricted to 10% of your salary that is the variable pay. So if company performs at 159% the effective transfer of benefit is 15% which is some kind of financial engineering.

Nothing much, fire and hire policy Every year they fire 15℅ staff of engineering you never know when your turn is

Everything, appraisal and promotion are dry I would recommend don't join it After I increment and promotion you will feel what will I do with this penny amount If you want to ruin your life, join this company.

Nothing Much, They have hire and fire policy. Anytime you can get fired so be careful before joining.

No promotion or increment. Even if there is its just dry promotion. Bad work culture, you have to be on call early morning and late night and work whole day. No work life balance

Culture of pubmatic is very open and hsppening also enjoyed various perks there. Working includes more fun and not silly restrictions like timing dresscode.

Dislikes

Appraisals are flat and that to not enogh. Most of time there is no work life balance. There should some boundry around personal and professional life. Also now stricting the rules around WFH which i think not good. Less leaves compare to other companies. Some things like WFH, Work-life balance are much depends on team you are in.
