The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role
It was an accidental slip. A teammate mentioned her CTC while we were chatting casually. Same designation, same team, joined after me but her salary was almost 30% more. My stomach dropped. I spent days debating whether to bring it up. I didn’t want to come off as insecure or difficult. But I also couldn’t un-know what I knew. Yes I like it but I don't like team behaviour.

Dislikes

Dislike- there is no work life balance, they only get the work done, they don't pay salary. Don't get promotion. Mental health is also not good because of working here.

The overtime and the salary was good. And I they were providing WFH. Otherwise, the work culture is absolutely terrible.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. All they want is you tied to your device 24/7. The management of workflow and the management of employee details are terrible. There's no work-life ethics. And the lay-off of 400 deserving candidates was unbelievable.

...s of experience here with lot of adhoc activities along with daily productivity. In the end the compensation I received is not even equal to a fresher package. Major dislike is company doesn't value the experienced associates who are with organisation for more than 3 years. No enough recognition.

...ement is transparent.. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
