The only good things that i have observed is that they pay salary on time. Leaves are approves easily. Fun activities and functins.

Dislikes

A lot on the list. Be it micromanagement, worst appraisals, no matter how you have performed you are going to get a fixed percentage of raise that is far less than the expectations. Apart from that so many deductions from the CTC. Company used to be good initially but the standards are decreasing day by day.

Worst company ever I seen, Toxic work culture, Too much micromanagment, at my time of joining itself initial date of joining was given one and later it was changed, there is very lack of communication between HR and managers. There is no drop facility available if employee leave late night. You need to go by your own expense. Unprofessional work approach with juniors. No cafeteria facility at Mumbai office. No job security at all. Andheri hanuman nagar is very odd location. Request you all do not join this company to spoil your career.

Toxic culture.They expect employee to work 16 hours a day with sat and sunday without any compensation. They do not respect their clients, do back bitching and use foul language for them. Understaffed teams with most of the useless resources makes this place hell.

...ted....for celebrating your festivals. 6 No skills development 7 Partiality....only management favourite are promoted, rewarded and highlighted 8 Low pay package.....with no incentive and bonus. 9 Non understanding management 10. Delayed appraisals by 5/6 months. If you want to loose your mental & physical health and family life n peace please join this company.
