If you are thinking of accepting proposal of RAC It Solutions private limited then think twice because people who are working their in Gurgaon branch is totally fake. They fo partiality. Specially Branch Manager he never support their employees. And even you will feel like you working in lala company.

Top management is superb!!Always tries to keep people in the organisation .Tries to take care of the employee.

Local management is worthless!! Uneducated people!! Always tries you to hold you in pain.Misbehaves a lot.Always comit over time before sending you in field but once the job done they will misbehave and not entertain with over time.Whereass few of them who works in office ,roams arround here n there in day timne and start work after 6 pm as after 6pm OVER TIME started.
