In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. Good package for fresher. You can enhance your skills on L1 and little bit of l2 levels

If you take stand for your self they start pressuting you other wise. All the reporting managers are good some time baad if you don't give your output perfect. Sometime you give your output but they don't see due to others mistake your have to listen.
