HR lies about your compansation. They literally lie to you about your salary and then will deduct as more as 1/3rd of salary in the name of PLI which comes every third month if you work your as* off. And for rest of the months you don't even get the salary which was offered to you.

Undue pressure, uneven work life balance, not proper availability of employee documents (Salary Slip), 12 hours job, no medical facility, no leaves for 1st 12 months. And many more..

Worst management no work culture as a marketing person they convert me in mis person daily excel sheets needed and than blame me that ur not going to market also they eat my 2 months salary.
