In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. ...they will provide stipend but they treat you like a worker. Terrible experience. Also salary hike is null. I was forced to work on Sunday as well. In one month I used to get off on only one Sunday.
