1) No proper alignment of process 2) Unnecessary pressure even if top management is aware of the same 3) For Android business each TSM need to handle 60-80 GT store within diff. Parts of Mumbai City which is very hectic in terms of travel, stock placement and OD collection 4)As it's a distributor, Driving sales as per brands demand without any support and clear vision. 5)Bottomline is pressurized

Very Less Appraisal- I am associated with organisation since 10 years but the salary package yet not good even every QTR I have done over achieved my target. Now although new employee are joining higher package but who has given his life precious time more than 5-10 years they are still very less salary. Why company does not set a Standard format of appraisal? Some employees who is buttering & very close of his reporting manager they are getting every year good appraisal. (Sorry to say but it’s true) Suggestion- HR should take market feedback from the business partner before appraisal and accordingly take discussion what they can best for every employee. Don’t allocate BU to separate biz wise budge. It will help to make transference for everyone. Redington- Over all organisation is EXCELLENT 👍🥰

Overall organisation is good to work and stay here.. only salary is the concern. If someone is getting good package then it's a great organisation

Temporary issues are going on which will resolve soon. Company is investing high in IT infra. Hence currently work life balance is the issue

Sat and Sunday fixed off!. There is no growth through Knowledge as well as Salary also.

Nothing is there to like. Need to improve lot there is no proper facility and benefits. And there is no self respect in IT Team.
