...oxic environment. No Major changes carried out so no self knowledge improvement. Salary growth is minimum only 4-5%. They hold your salary immediately and you need to beg and give justification just to releaser your own salary. Notice period is for 3 months.

Poor salary hike and structure..working culture so unprofessional ...you can only buy food from your salary..I f you want to spend it on life thts impossible...so basically they give u food after working whole month...95 percent people unsatisfied there but who cares nobody listing to you..if u don't like just go from there...reliance basically gives you life lesson

Promotions and hikes are only for favourites of the boss especially Maharashtrians and some women who talks or behaves sweet and close with him. If you change the department he will block it and also won't appreciate you ever or let you grow. You need some Godfather or some person at the top to help you survive here without being ignored.
