Dr Vyas working with him is most critical... Increment is based on how much cumcha giri you do..... Every quarter people leaves.... He does not teach but insults every time.... Small then you have to hear a lot... Never join R & D Dept especially to work under Dr Vyas.... Better u should hv second option

CEO is always shouting. He enjoys insulting.This is MNC company but Rajneesh Anand had made it LALAWADA & SETHIA Company. There is no culture, nothing except politics, shouting, Increment of chamcha are at highest. Very strict in discipline. HR dept only focus is on camera no other work as they are meant to do. People are leaving in 2-3 month. No other activity. Senior are there in playing politics as they are there since inception like Dr Vyas. Great player in all aspects. Never trust him.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is the bond 2 years before which you cannot resign.

For admin Department there is Nothing good for employees.

For admin department there is not a single activities of skill development, and during such big drastically change in Indian economy of GST implementation not a single seminar conduct nor system was developed. And the most important your increment is not as per you performance it is on mood.
