GF salary Vs. My salary

Me and my gf have been dating for 5 years. Back in 2020, I started my career with a package of ₹5 LPA. Over the years, I’ve reached ₹22 LPA in 2025. She started her journey with ₹3 LPA(2020) and is now earning ₹8 LPA(2025). We’ve been in a live-in relationship for around 2 years, and the idea was to share expenses equally. But, equal sharing never really happened. If we go to a café she likes, especially with friends, I will pay the entire bill. We only split the house rent and grocery bills. I told her lots of time to cut down these costly cafe expenses or earn more money, increase your package, study and work hard, but.....she is now in her comfort zone. Being from a tech background, I have seen people upgrade their skills and package for a good life in metro cities. I am ready to support her in her studies, but she is like I am earning enough for myself.... No, you are not. I love her, but I don't know how to overcome this issue between us. Please suggest!

Seniors are good and very supportive i will never forget their support and suggestions.

Dislikes

This is a fraud company they hire employees and complete their assignments and after these when comes the salary time they don't pay them and fire them or terminate their employment without any specific reason. And again they hire new employees to cheat them.

...chub Company for over a year now, and overall, I have had a positive experience. In the past, there was an issue with salary that caused some concern among employees. However, I'm happy to report that this issue has since been resolved, and the company has been proactive in ensuring that all employees are compensated fairly. Aside from this, I have found that the work-life balance at Riser Techub is very good. The company places a strong emphasis on the well-being of its employees, and provides ample support to ensure that we are able to maintain a healthy work-life balance. This is something that I greatly appreciate, as it allows me to focus on my work without feeling burnt out or overwhelmed. Overall, I would recommend Riser Techub to anyone looking for a supportive and positive work environment. ...y for some time now and I must say that my overall experience has been positive. The company had a problem with salary in the past, but it has been resolved now, and I appreciate the company's efforts to make sure that their employees are paid fairly. I have worked with the company for 2 yrs my salary was delayed for some days reason being because of the separation of clients/partners but later on when things are getting normal in that company I got my salary....the company is still their it's not shutdown. Don't believe in such kind of rumours or any negative reviews, people are working day night here.
