...NWERS NEED TO LOOK IN TO EACH DEPARTMENTS AND DONT TRUST THE MANANGER'S BLINDLY. VERY POOR SUPPORT FROM MANAGMENT, THEY PUT THE STAFF ON LEAVE WITH OUT PAY FROM SIX MONTHS AND SUDDENLY FORCED TO RESIGN WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE AND PROPER COMPENSATION. CCOMPANY DOESNOT THE STAFF AT THE TIME OF PANDAMEIC. THEY ASKED THE STAFF TO PAY FOR STAFF ERROR DURING THE PANDAMEIC. SO MANY STAFF ARE GOING THROUGH HAND TO MOUTH SUTIATION, SOME STAFF DONT HAVE MONEY TO EAT ONE TIME FOR FILL THEIR HUNGER. THEY KEPT ALL THE MANAGERS AND REMOVED THE WORKING STAFF.

THERE IS LOT OF POLITICS. NEWS COMERS DOESNOT BREATH PROPERLY, MANAGERS ARE HOPLESS AND IN HUMAN IN NATURE, THEY ONLY SUPPORT ONLY THEM WHOM THEY LIKE. DONT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME TIME BY JOINING THIS COMPANY, DURING PANDAMEIC THEY KEPT THERE BEST FREINDS REST THEY KICK THEM UP.

Job is secured but in this start of covid19 company use to pay basic salary but from July months its all has been stoped so we have been told that there will be no salary for 3months so my request is this that atleast in this crisis company should takecare of the employees because we and our family is depend on that income now we dont have any other sources of income.

There is nothing like that everything is good.I just want to say that company should takecare of all the employees at any crisis because after all employees are everything of the company.

I don't like the work culture of Riya tour and travel at all.

In one word, Terrible company, They don't provide support to consultants, No proper training, Salary package is very low, Be ready to provide extra time after your shift client have leverage to call you in mid night, Client demand work at rocket speed and they will give you 10 year Old laptop and wifi that doesn't work. So be ready to eaten by hungry client.

...t are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good . appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lo of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

1. Rotational Shifts so you get a reviver. 2. No issues with leave 3. Office Location is good and accessible 4. Friendly Atmosphere

1. Salary scale is less. 2. Alot of manual work. Not advanced with technology.
