1. No job security 2. Miss management on purpose and more of a habit 3. Extreme pressure even when not required 4. If management does not likes you for some silly reason, you could get fired in a few weeks after joining 5. You could be asked to take 50% pay cut, if you failed in even one client interview without any proper justification. 6. Proper skill deduction is available 7. You are safe if you agree to management even if it is illogical. 8. Chatukarita is appreciated deeply.

Dislikes

Not recommended for long-term growth or employee well-being. There are several critical issues that make working at RNF Technologies difficult: No Job Security: Employees constantly feel uncertain about their future in the company. Unpaid Overtime: Team members are often asked to work beyond regular hours without any additional compensation. No Employee Benefits: There is no health insurance, and employees are expected to work even when unwell. Lack of Safety Measures: If you're working late, there's no cab reimbursement or transport support. Excessive Working Hours: In some cases, employees are forced to work up to 36 hours straight without proper rest. Unfair Management Practices: The manager lacks basic team management skills and is unable to distribute work fairly. Some team members are overloaded while others have significantly less to do. Whenever a problem is raised, the manager usually falls back on one of two responses: 1. We can't do anything about it. 2. Orders are from the seniors. These statements reflect a complete lack of leadership, ownership, and willingness to support the team. Instead of addressing issues, the manager simply passes the blame upward and avoids accountability. Unreasonable Notice Period: The 2-month notice period is unnecessarily long. Most companies will not wait that long, making it harder for employees to transition to better opportunities. Unrealistic Design Expectations: Designers are expected to deliver modern, creative landing pages—complete with animations and interactive prototypes—within half a day or just one day. App design tasks are also assigned regularly, even though they’re not part of the official role. Lack of Respect for Roles and Unrealistic Tracking: Deadlines include weekends and non-working days, and you're still held accountable for them. For example, if you're assigned a task on Friday with a Monday EOD deadline, they consider it the "4th working day" by Monday itself. There’s no proper planning or task management. Design feedback and direction are always driven by non-design stakeholders like content writers, completely disregarding the expertise of the design team. This constant overstepping causes confusion, slows down progress, and leads to unnecessary rework. Delayed & Inefficient Development: The development team may take one or two months to implement designs and still say it’s not possible—even for basic things. Most of their workflow revolves around static PNGs, with little focus on proper frontend implementation.

Dislikes

The list is quite long but I’ll try to keep it as short as possible. The work culture is a bit weird. HR keeps making different policies every other day and these so called ‘company’ policies are different for everyone. No clear communication from the HR’s side ever. Appraisals and Incentives are poor. No scope of upskilling, what so ever. Few people in the top management run the company as per their whims and fancies. No centralised work culture. Also, they would promise you a lot and deliver absolutely zero. I won’t recommend this company to anyone.

... that are not comprehensible. 5. Doesn't promote upskilling of the employees 6. Very less pay compared to other organizations in the segment 7. No proper way to give feedback for the projects or work delivered. 8. HRs are also not professional. Lack skills, corporate etiquette and friendly attitude towards other. 9. Doesn't respect commitments given in the offer letter or at the time of joining. Example: Don't take their word if they say the job is permanent WFH. Because they have tricked all the people in my team with that and later forced the people to come to office and made them resign on different incomprehensible grounds.
