Much likely flies drawn to sweetness. Mini stays with the company primary for attractive pay. Focus often feels more on transactional than transformational.

1. Very very high politics 2.Poor leadership almost no vision and strategies for Pune based company resulting layoffs 3. Promoting only their close people almost everytime 4. Site head has no vision about companies future no new engagements inoo business. company is in poor state for providing employees quality work so no promotion no work satisfaction no skills improvment 5. For annual increments everybody gets same increment so you work or not you will get same increment 6. Company is global but culture is local so think 1000.times before joining this company they might give you high package but it's a trap they can through you any time.

Kind of domain they work in and cutting edge tech stack to keep their clients enjoy flawless experience and help increase their business! At the same time helping each resource to up skill and grow with the organisation!

One of the common problems that we see in all the IT organisations where leadership positions are led by Indians is politics and roll over the responsibility and work, this is the issue here as well.

Nothing at all. Feels like working in a ekta kapoor show as lot of drama and politics around.

Its not a good company at all. It feels like driven by some lala type people who have more experience of running a shop than a corporate. Its the site head and his bunch of people who are ruining the whole reputation of roche in Pune. Its not roche at all it use to be a startup and doesnt look like corporate at all...
