Dislikes

I haven't found any dislikes while working here. The Environment is Positive, the workload is minimal, with a fair amount of compensation.

Likes

The tech team is great, and there is good growth in terms of tech. The product team is great as well. The CEO is a good and engaging, very positive, and down-to-earth person.

Dislikes

The COO of the company is highly unprofessional and rude as well. He doesn't have good etiquette and randomly shouts at the employees and behaves rudely. Especially once the employee resigns, his behaviour changes drastically and becomes rude. He is rude to the extent that he calls you to his room and continuously speaks bad words which are usually spoken by uneducated and poor people. Also, the worst thing is that the COO leads both tech and product, and he doesn't have any technical knowledge as well. The engineering managers do not have any power at all, and eventually, everyone is controlled by the COO, even if the reporting manager is someone else. So the EM is just on paper, but they don't have any decision-making power.

I started as an intern, and I must say that I learned a lot of new things to improve my skills. I was exposed to a lot of new projects when I first started, and that's the beauty of working here. Additionally, the lead and senior manager are the kind of people that every employee wants. They help us out in every possible way when we are stuck with anything, and they will go out of their way to assist us.

Dislikes

Working from the office leads to travelling in the hot Delhi weather. That's the only con :p

Good Company for getting higher position if you do buttering without any management and team lead skills.

Dislikes

Unexperienced people who was promoted to higher management don't have management skills and can do unethical activity. It's not good for employees. HR should interrupt these unethical behavior but they ignore it

Good Company for buttering people whose focus is on how talented people can be targeted to be demoralized

Dislikes

Founder of this company is unprofessional who promotes alcoholic environment in the team and doesn't value of talented people HR works under higher leadership and is not able to promote good culture in the company
