company give chance to improve your skills, new technology and next level of management skills. they promoted me from Jr Engineer to Engineer and then now Sr Engineer. they also gave me clear plan for to move to next position of Jr TL and skill set required for this position. i have learned lot of things and now feel very good after acquiring new skills. really feel like working in MNC and top management is very sensitive about skill development of all team. thanks to them

they hire new people and give them lot of chance to improve but due to lack of knowledge they do lot of mistakes in project and leave the company when their project come to shop floor as every things get open about the skill set of design. then design Engineer mostly resign without doing ECN and then start blaming the organization. still organization give them chance to improve but they didn't which is really bad for any individual person. and may time such persons gives very wrong feedback after leaving company rather to improve on his own skill. i will advice to management to don't give chance to such a fool peoples to improve.... they are just increasing everybody's work.

Very dissatisfied with the work culture most pressured life work and home life didn't match.always Saturday working extra work if not able to work then also you have to work here.very disappointing job.

Leaning Opportunity and additional Managements Skill sets which was never discuss in my previous organizations and fare chance to learn the things. Lot of engineering knowledge with Managements Guidance.

Give lot of opportunities to under performer that affect the project work. company should identify and segregate such a underperformer.

No one asked you anything till it will reach them.. Yo have to do it yourself.. whatever you do should be do it by your own!.. No technical support.. They will send onsite saying 2 days and will leave you there for months!..

HR/ manager very political..doubtful.. They will give you false commitment at time of joining!.. Don't believe on verbal communication.. Take it on mail and even you take on mail.. They modified according to their wish and called it management decision!.. Employees prefer to leave directly without completing notice period.. And those who completing NP they will not get FNF dues on time!.. Need to take follow-up and then also they will cut your payment according thier wish!..don't pay bonus which mentioned in offer..Coff not get paid if worked on weekends.. Canteen is avarage.. Please don't join this company if you think it's German.. Sat sun off.. Canteen facility!.. You will regret!.. Only join if don't have option or jobless!!..
