(1)- if someone has an accident here .He is nat even treated. (2)-There is no importance of education here. All educated people and uneducated people are equal here . Everyone is treated like sheep and goat . (3)-No one's skill devloped here ,rather you will forget whatever you already know. (4)-Here no senior has the manners to talk any workers . (5)- Here girls are given more importance than boys for any work . (6)-Here the workers are forbidden to smoke and eat tobacco ,and all the seniors themselves smok and eat tobacco. (7)- Here only those people who flatter their seniors are given importance . (8)-To move forward in this company , education is nat needed but flattery is needed . (9)-Here ,for your smallest work , seniors make you run again and again ,and say in last come tomorrow ,nat today . (10)-There is no special purposes for worker's safety .

Company is best but top management behaviour bed some person is bed Mr Rajesh Goel and madhur Aneja Sachin mashwari some top management is chor and corruption

As an senior maintenance engineer my experience with sage metals was quite disappointed as there is no job security, management person themselves not aware of company's policy

Dislikes

No work culture as an team, lots of politics amongst each other. Plant head is a non technical guy, his job is only to support older people who are working since 10-12 years. No transport, no canteen facilities, one cannot enhance their skills and can't grow either way by knowledge or by salary, no shift timing. One can only know the time when you are going to office but when you will return you can't even imagine or think

Sage growing group in India. Job satisfaction is 100 percent. Good work environment. Company follow all policy for the growth of their employees

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and notice period is too long i.e 3 month. Carrier growth is much slow
