company is mnc. canada based do they expect people to work in canada time .but they pay is minimum and not upto standard. you will learn good office politics and bossing attitude..

No work time.. office politics there are people working for 8-10 years not because they are worth it because they can do politics.. you will ask to leave in one day.. you are asked to work in day time and night time in canada time because of brain less manager. manager will stay in cabin and behave he is next pm in line.. many example search before joining and wasting your age in this organization..

Company have good policy and safety precautions they take care the worker very important and seriously i am happy work in seaspan but salary they did not increase the salary. 4 years ago i get 2000 usd now my salary 1650 i am running my life very hardly. But officer and engineer life is good benefits but ratings not have any benefits. So job guarantee is really good they give job immediately job fully secure. But this Corona time they really take care each and every crew very carefully and safely in sign on and sign off they spend so much money for crew i really appreciate. So thanks for seaspan saving my life and my family bye.

The one and only good thing for junior officer in seaspan is job security.But other things for junior officer it's not so good.

Lack of communication between shore and onboard staff specially crewing department. Under the name of budget and cost cutting standard of company going down.
