I have joined Sellcraft Few months through C2H position, the main concerns are salary is not getting paid every month starting, we will get paid mid of every month. If we want to submit resignation there is no proper platform to Sumit our resignation everything will be recorded through mail communication! And if your client company wants you to travel for some reasons we won't get reimbursement from Sellcraft.

Pathetic services of organisation. No support provided from them . You to have fight for your own salary. Avoid to join this organisation.

...ok for their benefit. They don't think for employees. Most selfish organisation. No work satisfaction, no development, no job security, less salary

They don't follow any norm. They are disgusting only looking for employees hard work without any rewards. They want employees to work for free.

If timesheet approval is done from client TCS then salary will be credited.

We got hired as a contract base working with the TCS, but job is not secured, after that we are worked as a mediator for both sellcraft and TCS, fight for the salary and attendance approval, keep this at the last , From my end don't join as a contract base.

My project completed after going in one months since 1 month i am in bench without pay there no project with them to refer my profile and communication with company is worst no portal nothing is there

Need to improve
