Only one thing is if you sent to client location you will get good work but anyway they won't pay you good even you are working at client, that makes you disappointed and dissatisfied.

Dislikes

1. No proper HR policies. 2.Company established on 2008, it's almost 11 years. But it is still consider themselves as Startup with less than 100 employees and all are less than 2 years of experience. By this you can understand the situation. 3. They will not treat their employees good. 4. No basic facilities for employees, Ex: Once one employee asked HR for tissue papers at tea time and HR told "we won't provide tissues kind of extra facilities it is not in our policies, it will effect your CTC if provide " -- see it is the situation. 5. now coming to work you can't learn here because they were no tools and senior person to guide you. 6. Whatever you do, you think it is correct after lot of time you spent you realize yourself you are on a wrong place.

There is no proper guidance and no technical support available. That makes you do things on your own, which may enhance your learning speed and knowledge.

Dislikes

Their management is useless and fully concentrated on money earnings only. They DON'T have proper organizational structure, no standard policies, no proper employee benefits and full micro-management. They don't even consider suggestions and expectations of employees. Manager intentionally creates a hostile environment so that he can degrade one's self-respect. Once he called an employee a coward. Their intention is to use the employee and throw.
