...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

What do you like about the company will depend on the department you are in and who is your RM/HOD. Usually the work culture is good, people are friendly, office timings are great. You can visit to top level people if you have any concern (even the MD/CMD).

As I said it depends on the department you're working. My Dept has following issues: 1. No scheduled timing (we enter at 9:30 and have left office even at 3 am) 2. There is no proper work assignment (can give you any task which is not even related to your profile) 3. No appreciation to your hard work. 4. None of your peers and even your seniors want to take any responsibility. As I mentioned in likes section they are friendly but not supportive when it comes to work related things 5. You expect better promotion and increment after giving your 120% and you'll not get it. But the issue is that someone will get it who might not even have worked half as compared to you. 6. It's and Limited company but runs like a sole proprietorship. (If you know, you know) 7. Everyone is Patidar (although Patidars are great people they will never make you feel outsider) but sometimes you'll feel like they get better opportunities.

everything, mostly no top management support to any employee. Just bring a incident in everyone's knowledge: I joined Arsh Industrial Solutions as plant head on 25 nov 2024 and they released my offer letter on 2 dec 2025 and ensure by MD Mr. Ravi Sharma Ji that we would pay you 7 days salary in cash in coming months after mid of-feb they pressured me by unwanted question about why plant not setup; its your fault why as plant head why you donot sound of pcb manufacturing , so due to it i resign from post and next day they accepted my resignation with counter offer that if you run this project in march month we pay you double salary but i denied for it because its not possible due to tool and die under validation and they comes in april months inhands , so he put a mail to me that your salry hold due to non performer , if i am non performer then why they pay me dec and jan salary , a;reday they call some other person as my replacement , lots of mail against their elgination and response over it , finally now a day i file a case in court for my salary and mental harrasment from md sir, hr ravinder, rubal,anupam,raju and akash they are major player for politics , i already put mail to Mr Dinesh patidar ji md of shakti pump to lookafter this matter but no response , i never recommended anyone to move for this group
