It was a great experience and good learning period working with Sharda where I got to learn many things and earned expertise in the same. I discovered the skills inside me here, by getting the opportunity to work with them. The team mates I worked with were so supportive and helped in completing my responsibilities with cooperation and coordination. Sharda is a good platform for female candidates specially because I believe that for females security is the prime factor for each one of us.i really appreciate the period I worked here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow in terms of monetary and non monetary for non academicians.

nothing, Only one person is working in whole University and she is VIBHA THAKUR along with PARMANAND( Pro Vice Chancellor ).

...een. Worst HR every till now. HR has not sense of policy. nothing is in written. They will given the salary as much as you want but having pathetic work culture. Don't come in trap of social media, Even you can share your best photo on social media but actually what you are you only know that. you will find HARI SHANKAR SHYAM over other who is more sweeter than Sugar which is really harmful for health. He is the person who suck the information from you and vomit it in front of whole university. then you will find dean KAPIL PANDLA, he accidentally become dean but have no sense how to manage the staff. He just know one thing , how to through his responsibilities on others. I have enough proof against them that how corrupt they are in case you required. and yes they are masters in creating FAKE OFFER LETTERS of MBA STUDENTS, even you can verify that if you got the opportunity to work with them. And the trophy for fake offer letters and fake companies goes to VIBHA THAKUR & PARMANAND. HR Shalini & PHALGUNI( Sharda Student ), If you wants to see the worst HR, meet them during Interview, You will come to know how rich their knowledge are. However after so much efforts I got my salary and I am very much thankful for that. But just do not go on names, Go with the feedback. they have money , they can do anything and trust me owners are sleeping on bundles on NOTES who are don't care who the hell you are. You will get the designation as you want but remember one things you have to work under the armpit of PARMANAND if you are into placements. and if you denied of try to give suggest which will be good for the university then SHALINI( HR ) will call you and terminate you. agar VIBHA THAKUR ne bola ha to ha, na to na, ProViceChancellor bhi aise hi karta hai to tum kya ho be. aaj ke liye ikna gyan bahut hai , kisi ko proof chahiye to bata dena .

Nice campus. They had many employee friendly policies few years back. But they do not exist anymore.

... task. Less emphasis on teaching and more on paper work. Increment is very less. Lot of disparity in salary. If you know someone in the management then this is the best place to work

A good, clean and secure campus with decent accomodation. Liberal and multicultural environment in the university. Less hectic work, hence good for those looking for a relaxed life. Also, they usually pay the salaries on time and there is some job security as they rarely lay off employees.

Dislikes

Poor salary and negligible annual increments. Don't expect any bonuses or rewards. Good work is not appreciated. When everyone is paid the same, even the dedicated workers soon lose interest and morale. Lots of politics. No professional or academic growth. No atmosphere conducive to learning and progression. Worse than government departments. Unless you're related or close to the chairman, forget any hearing. Very poor respect for human resources. No health insurance. No academic allowances. No doctor's room or couch. Not even a free coffee machine! Everything just revolves around paying the employees the least and maximizing profits. Poor administration from top to bottom. No wonder, they're unable to retain the best employees. Most of the employees are either retirees or poorly skilled to be employed elsewhere. Disappointing and demoralising work culture.

I liked the campus, medical college support and policy of supporting faculty for research and development. The initials years were the golden period when we were led by VC Shri Vijay Gupta and Chancellor PK Gupta. There was lot of learning and we were motivated to explore and work towards the development of the students, department and the University.

Dislikes

...ork. This is highly reflective in promotion, upgradation and all other areas. 4. Lack of faculty and hiring inexperienced faculty for the low salary has badly hampered the quality of education. 5. Although they have NAAC but their standards have fallen deliberately in last 2 years. It is tough to work in such a toxic and pressurizing environment.
