Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work hard and I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Work Culture terrible, Immediate Sinior is not co-operate and Not Educated, Didn't fully know the working of all the machines, and had a completely strange idea on water purifiers, thought himself too expert, and put too much pressure on juniors and dishonest people, depositing money at the customer's service charge He kept it to himself without depositing it at office, Not Recommended Anyone for their future, Very poor job security, overall experience is very very bad

Over all good, Sharp is a growing organization and management is very supportive, ready to adapt new technology, trying to ammend policies and process as per buisness requirements and employees need. Leaders are knowledgeable ,giving free hand to do work. Salary, incentive and appraisal are on time, many employees engagement activities, Medical facility and time to time arrange medical health check up camps.

Nothing. Really illiterate managers. Only seeking for their salaries and not intrested in company growth at all. This is the reason why Sharp has never grown in India. They are still on 7-8% of market share even though they have good and quality products. People at top n at middle level are working since more than decades and they have not upgraded themselves yet. Sharp will never grow untill these foolish people will get out from the company.

Dislikes

Leading people are not from sales background therefore they do not understand sales at all. They only know how to play politics and save their jobs.
