There's 0 transparency in promotions, and managers abuse the power and there is no one to stand up to senior managers toxic hegemony. Worst place to spend more time in hope of getting career growth without flattery and compromising your integrity and professional sanity. HRs are hands in glove with leadership no voices heard or action taken against senior leaders

I love the fact they are respecting all. Everybody must take care of each others. Good salary and free food for all employees and contract partners. World largest company and the safety culture is really good.

...aderie amongst team members. Contract only, but extended for further contract. VG salary, & business class flights monthly. Site facilities & accommodation very high class to Shell standards. Kitchen & accommodation hygiene again to Shell standards.

Lack of long term goal specifically a country like india which is growing rapidly. New CEO changes the pay structure and salary goes bellow to the market standards
