...ude Politics timing issue No sale No break Manager used to treat us like a dog Manager comes only for taking salary and showing her face. Iam giving feedback because i saw the shine.com name and suddenly that bad memories came infront of me which she did with me. I was the one in your team who used to give good sale eventually i got a very bad experience from the organization.

- Spineless HR and loose HR Policies. - Newly Hired Top Management is not Competent. - Poor Company Reputation in Industry. - Old/User non performing laptops. - Getting your Full and final amount is truly a nightmare. Multiple calls/email and upto 3 months to get your rightful.

If you are joining with Name HT, please don't join. It will waste your time and add dark spot in your resume. Shine.com is all about Kamlesh Dayalani, Kingkong, boss and gunda of this firm. although if you have made your mind to join ask the management to not align you with Kamlesh's Team. Worst team, very bad experience, abusive nature on the floor, no mental peace, total torture. If you are really top performer please don't join here, you will start doubting yourself, if you are really reading it, please listen don't join, no support, no respect, no account to work upon, if you hunt one kamlesh is so negative, he will find nushka and scold you on the floor, his fav line we are bleeding on the floor.

Many, No positive environment. Work pressure. Micromanagement. Disaster work culture. Not an employee friendly. People acts like they are local Gundas and keep shouting and threaten for business. Shouting on employees. They are bosses, not leaders. No Growth at all. You have to be as slave for them then you can survive. Manager is Local Gunda. and many more...
