The working culture is extremely comforting & the company always makes an effort to provide its employees with the best facilities available. I was underperforming in the initial phase of this job but the Directors have been very supportive & have guided me in becoming the better at my job, it helped me to develop various skills. Everyone on the staff is very friendly & cooperative & is always ready to help. the company also organizes tours for the employees that generate lots of exposure & learning experiences. Annually many awards & appreciation awards for the best performance as well as other categories of awards. Also conducts the get-together with staff members. You can Maintain a work-life balance by working here. Appraisal & salary structure is good & along with that incentives, schemes are also given according to the work. They give you good exposure to business travel also & all expenses are taken care of by the company. Overall a good place to work.
