The best part is opportunity to be able to work completely remote and contribute. Also, the teams I have been part of are very supportive. One can easily integrate work into life, and I feel this is the future or work. I hope there are no retirement age in such kind of organizations and people could work till the time they want and are able to contribute without the compulsion of retirement ;D. I hope the remote work policy never changes and other organizations learn from it.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike. Only an area of improvement. I feel people should be allowed to move across teams and roles and contribute and learn. It is such an eclectic and full of learning environment.

There is an licking culture and if you don't do that you can't survive i had a colleague who used to do nothing but just was good at licking so he is still surviving there and the management is not good

Healthy work culture, remote working, flexible, continuous learning, transparent management, your efforts are recognised, and promotions are given to deserving employees. I love working here as I can handle my personal commitments and professional accomplishments, not only due to the remote work setup but also due to flexible working hours and amazing managers. It has helped me achieve work-life balance. Who won't want job satisfaction, recognition, and work-life balance, all offered on the table at the same time!

Nothing to dislike as such! Sunday working & late evening sessions can be bothersome to some, but for me this suits best given that it is a complete remote job.

I have had a fantastic experience with this company. Colleagues are always willing to help and collaborate, creating a positive and productive work environment even if we are totally remote. The remote work environment has been a great benefit as It lets you juggle between personal and professional life pretty well. Very happy to be a part of such a supportive team.
