...ve of team, all the seniors play the team game and always support their juniors. Salary is also good, work life balance is much appreciable. Job security is there and promotions and appraisals are on time.

Discrimination by senior, poor salary growth, no job security, no support from senior, no sponsor or recommendation for any seminar or skill development course, poor HR policy and leave policy.

...rs old now, I have work with this company from 1st March 1999 still August 2024. My family was depending on my salary. It is very hard to say this is very horrible time to manage my family. My job is remaining another two years but new management from AECom who are joined in SMEC they are really not good people. They are harassment to me and turcher also.

Dislikes

Because of new management who those people finish my job before retirement. There's no complaint against me and my work. They didn't gave time to terminate. Immediate termination letter to handed over to me . They are very bad people including Abinash Mishra, Sushant sehre , Ashok Kumar and another more people. They don't work anything, only politics.not good people.

Management is not good, job security is always lingering, no recognition of work, no appreciation or promotion of efforts, always complaining for shortage of funds
