I'm biased but I enjoy a huge degree of autonomy in my work. But with great power, comes great responsibility. Starting out as almost kids a decade ago, I've seen lots of ups and downs at SoluteLabs. I've seen people come together, get married, women go on maternity leaves, have kids, and come back stronger. It's a different feel to it that can't be explained in words alone.

Dislikes

Because the company isn't super huge, there are times when there are limitations to how much can be done for people - and I hate that. I hope to change that soon!

I appreciate the opportunity to work on diverse and impactful projects at Solutelabs, which continuously challenge me and allow me to develop my skills. The company strongly focuses on career growth, providing ample opportunities for professional advancement and learning. it's a great environment for anyone looking to gain valuable experience and grow quickly in their career

Occasional long hours, but manageable with good time management

supporting team members and leads and also only few managers culture is good most of the time, only few members and upper management people are not good less projects, so, you can focus on learning

Dislikes

upper management and their policies split seconds change in their decisions and thoughts salary changes after a person joins the company (happened with many)

Work-life balance following hybrid culture, friendly and supportive environment, clear communication and better growth opportunities, good leaders and mentors.

I don't think there is anything to dislike about this company because the culture and working pattern that we follows is difficult to find anywhere.

I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to attend a job interview that left me utterly disappointed and disheartened. The entire experience was riddled with the unprofessionalism and a lack of consideration for the candidates time and efforts.
