There is only thing good about speedlabs is that I was under good manager who help in my Skill development.

Salary is not credited on time. No Management. Bhagwan pe choda hai sb. You can survive in company without working just you to have to ji huzuri to right people. No vision. They don't plan and directly jump to execution.

Nothing is good in SpeEdlabs. Fraud company.

Always delay in salary. if they give salary that is in parts. You have to beg for their own salary. Only senior authorities are enjoying whill other employees struggle to get their salary even in festivals.

The working atmosphere of the company is very friendly, all the colleagues are really amazing they are all so supportive. The company understands employees' problems and they also support that. The working policy is so flexible.

...by the HR department on time, and the infrastructure of the company is very bad. We got our salary to let every month some it was 11 or 12 also and other department got their salary on time and this is the major issue for us,

... are goods. No politics. No buttering. Lower management working people are good. Salary is good.

Dislikes

Senior management are of no use, no giudeance, no support, from day one they expect sales from you. But the main thing is that platform is of no use. Still they could not able to figure out that it is not having that much of potential to sale out to make a profitable business. No business and marketing strategy. Poor customer service even after sale still customer do not get the platform after a month.

Whatever salary they will offer don't expect that you will pay 😂 Just ask about funding or questions like sir what if will not achieve my target after doing KRA then they will not answer straight. Just ask about negative comments they will not answer you clearly While they will divert the question to something else

... company won't pay anything,chronology samajhiye😂. They have nothing to pay. I also read negative reviews before joining but i thaught already people are working in this company it means they receive salary that's why they working so I can also work. But after joining i intracted with other people then came to know salary depends on month, sometimes they receive only 5k salary and you already spent 5k in working 😂 and this happens with old employees bcz they fire new employee at the time of salary 😂. A sales associate deepak joined 2 years ago and become AGM in 2 years and before joining this company he worked in loan company not education, so you can understand the company. GM was also from loan industry and he appointed AGM 😂 After reading all If you are thinking that atleast I should mention one positive point but trust me my friend there is nothing to like. They also do not provide Traveling allowance but when you will ask about it they will say yes we pay traveling allowance. Please don't waste your time,money, energy.
