- Senior Management is bad, they don't have an idea how to run the company. - No job security, constant, sudden Silent layoff, once they finish one side of the product, they layoff people - Company revenue is very low, and they are not able to grow and scale. - Culture only exists in the books and doesn't actually represent in employee benefits. - Unlimited leave policy exists but that makes you feel guilty for talking leaves.

...ut they say we cannot share contact details with customers. What does this mean? If you can’t pay ₹2000 to a candidate, how can customers expect to get their claim amount? What logic is this? They cause trouble even before anything happens. The candidates are selling insurance by taking the name of companies like TATA, Fantank, or other health-related companies. Payment is only accepted online. Even the staff and trainers there don’t know much about insurance. The real company is SquadStack, but they change names and sell insurance under different brand names, misleading customers. If they can’t pay ₹2500 to a candidate, do you think they will pay a claim to a customer? It’s been since March and candidates still haven’t been paid ₹2500. They keep delaying over emails. Now imagine how troubled a customer would be when it comes time to claim. Please visit the company directly before buying any insurance from them. Invest your money only if you’re sure about it. Go directly to TATA or any other official insurance brand. Do not buy insurance from someone just using TATA’s name while the real company is someone else. The training tells one thing, but the reality is completely different. Even the candidates are not given their money. The company has three classes (probably training levels), and the behavior is also not good. They say ‘go to labor court for ₹2500’ — do you think someone will go to court for that? Now think how bad it will be for a customer during the claim process. That’s why don’t take insurance from such companies without proper inquiry.

They providing freelancing sales opportunity but they don't really have any work on the platform they just wasting our very precious time and there don't provide a good amount of money you can barely and 5 to 6000 the month

I would never recommend anyone to join this toxic company. There was a lady named Richa Mathur, who used to stop our salary. She has ruined the state of mind. The worst lady can anyone imagine. The one who used to praise her - she used to appraise her with salary and promotion. The only reason to left that org was that lady.
