Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, l have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls.

Working as a Paralegal here has been a really rewarding experience. I feel like a valued member of the legal team, and I’m constantly gaining hands-on experience that helps build my legal knowledge and skills. The attorneys and senior staff are approachable and supportive—they’re always willing to mentor, which has really helped me grow professionally. The work environment is well-organized, and collaboration across teams is smooth. It’s a professional yet friendly place to work, with a strong sense of mutual respect.

I haven’t encountered any major issues so far. The experience has been largely positive and supportive. If I get any such negative experience from this company in future I will surely give review in this platform.
