The place has a lot to learn for someone who enters as a fresher and has supportive manager. They have work life balance , they respect and support employees specially in medical cases. The team mates are helpful.

Dislikes

They don't have flexibility in terms of work from home, timings, some old school practices

Likes

Some people in company in good but in lower level . All senior staff like VP , heads of department specially HR and IT department are very toxic.

Dislikes

No job security anytime any minute they ask to drop your papers and always said your performance is not satisfactory . They dont want new people in team and want yo work with old pattern and old team. (Sab bhudhe hai yaha par) you never know kab kiska ego hurt ho jaye.

Location of the office is better.

There is nothing like corporate culture, managers dot know what it takes to be a leader, bad politics, bitching at the back, boot lickers are welcome, colleagues pretend to be your friend but they are not, unprofessional HR team, unprofessional finance team and there are a lot to speak about.

Work atmosphere was good but management is not good,only two important things were there politics and weared behaviour with staff..and Managing director was totally unaware from office management and atmosphere too.
