No Salary Discussion in My Appraisal — What’s Your Experience?

In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. I feel an appraisal meeting should include open discussion about both performance and future expectations. What are your thoughts? Does this happen in your company too?

Please Don't Join this Company Very worst management, Very very worst salary specially No Appraisal. Yeah appraisal is there but u can't get anything only Rs.200 or 300 u will Get yearly Appraisal. My humble request please join any other better company 🙏.. Worst Appraisal Worst HR and Management Ok for Job security not much. No Bonus No Sweet & spicy for Diwali.. No leave for Special Festival Or Any Religion leave strictly not allowed. In Appraisal meet Managers Act as Super Star Rajinikanth.. There is No Word to say this company.. because that much Worst.. actually I'm currently working this company.... So please ask everyone in this company as per my above mentioned then u will decide to go...

Job security is there even the process shut down, company will transfer to you in another process. Work pressure is depend on your process in which you are. Training is provided by team members some of them give good training some are not. Very friendly environment. Managers and TL are very very friendly.
