The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role

It was an accidental slip. A teammate mentioned her CTC while we were chatting casually. Same designation, same team, joined after me but her salary was almost 30% more. My stomach dropped. Worst Company to work. No job security. Zero support in Lockdown , they paid 20 days salary of March and only 30% to 40% of April salary that to on 29th may subject to not terminated from company. Terminated employ did not get salary and waited for F&F 40 day process .

Dislikes

... and ESI of employ for long time therefore employ can't even use PF to survive. Salary and travel expanses always delayed by 10 to 15 days.
