There don't have any Work culture, salary is very low, management is the decision maker for everything. They fired people immediately, there is no reason for this . For staying there long time you need to oiling head HR and management. This is like a fish market. Very terrible 😞

Office is well decorated. Company offers higher salary at the time of joining. Employee and their family members can get 50% and 30% discount respectively in Suraksha center.

It is true that company offers higher salary in senior position like AVP, VP, GM etc but after few months of their joining both of the directors start mentel torture with them, as a result they have to left the job. HR head and CFO are change in every year. Last 5 years almost 6 HR head has been changed. Each and every one's job is unsecured in this company unless any one can oiling the directors. Job may be terminated within a single day even after confirmation. It is my request to verify about the organization before joining and do not belive the comment in ambition box which are rating by 5 because it has made by current HR department in order to show good impression about company. Directors enjoy to terminate employees after few months of joining.

** Avoid at All Costs – A Toxic and Unprofessional Workplace** There is absolutely nothing likable about this company. I’m writing this review to ensure others don’t get trapped here like I did. Everything about Suraksha is disorganized, unprofessional, and demotivating. You won’t realize it during the joining process—they make everything appear clean, structured, and promising. But it’s all false. The reality unfolds only after you're inside. For example, in the last three years, *six* Zonal Business Heads (ZBHs) have changed in North Bengal alone. If you don’t believe it, verify from internal sources. In the past two years, *ten* sales employees have resigned—speaks volumes about the work culture. Working at a local grocery shop (“Mudikhana”) would offer more dignity and structure than being part of this company. Incompetent leadership sits at the head office, and many critical roles are held by underqualified individuals. Decisions are erratic, blame culture is rampant, and merit has no place here. If you value your time, skills, and self-respect, stay far away from Suraksha.

Timely salary disbursement is a serious issue—there have been instances where employees did not receive their previous month's salary. The company culture lacks transparency, and leadership often engages in blame games rather than providing support. There are frequent false promises and unmet commitments. Basic professional practices, such as providing experience letters or proper resignation procedures, are often neglected. In some cases, employees are asked to resign at the end of the month, possibly to avoid paying due compensation. Hard work and dedication are not valued here. Professionals from the Pharma and Diagnostics sectors should be especially cautious before considering a role at this organization.
