Im proudly feel that i am part of this organisation that high quality products and has global client quality base. As result, I get to learn export finance, commercial and exim department work.

Need a very strong HR head /Company manager to more strongly focus to worker factor or Union factor Need outsiders worker more Need to increase worker salary bit more/ Creat various Rewards options to manage hands Need month wise workers proper training with details in various topics to improve work culture Same for all Staff members need proper training month wise with small small group wise. Am damm sure after all the things definitely mill will grow up with a good culture and work automspre Night vigilance by senior also include

After 4-5 year work with this organisation with good work efforts there are no any good increment or any promotion In this organisation not focused on 2nd level person only Hod are involved all the things By the way my work performance has been Excellent rating by hod / EP also all over the years after that there are no any HR policy to give proper rewards to correct employee

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

HR policies are not for employee welfare. Management is also not supportive. They can give you work any time even on vacation, on weekly off , late night after duty off etc. No Job training. *If we compare with Aditya Birla Group They are zero in front of them*
