The leads, managers, and HRs have ego issues. They all are stupid. Company and higher management support favoritism. They promote their favorite people, allowing everything to the favorite, but troubles to each honest employee who worked for them. No professionalism at all while talking to employee unless you are not one of their favorite.

Good employees and team mates few managers are really good and hr team also very friendly little bit pressure is there but we can manage it and packages are also good

Little bit pressure is there no work life balance

Management doesnt work upto the mark. Client is everything for them regardless he/she is right or wrong its employees who needs to suffer.. team mates are ill mannered and doesnt talk properly

Zero job security. Join here, complete the project and then get fired.

Zero Job security. One of the worst organizations to work. Hire and fire organization. They would hire you for a project and once the project ends, they will right away fire you. They will say we have team members who are with from last 10 years. But those people are there because they blamed other colleagues and got them fired. If you don't believe me, try for yourself.

Culture is good. Celebrates all festivals. Small scale company.

Terminated many employees in layoff. They just don't declare it officially. They don't have projects. Promotes office politics. Higher management and HRs has ego issues. No professionalism at all.
