Good scope for interdisciplinary growth. Amazing team coordination and support. Work-life balance is great.

...ly imposed micromanagement of employees (something which did not exist earlier). Pay scale increments / promotions are poor despite good and stable performance. Job security is at risk if and when a project gets pulled back by client.

Pay Package is good and that is the only positive thing and after that you will not able to apply anywhere as it is already on higher side.

No Learning, No Growth and Pathetic work life balance. Toxic management. Micro management.

Dislikes

If you're in need of a job, they will pay you less even if you have desired experience. There is no job security. They fire people from "team" (not organization) every month or two. The HRs & managers are very rude and unprofessional. Everyday you have to work for 12 or more hours and there's no extra pay. You have to login in any shift from 3 & 4 AM to 2 PM. There's zero management. No stability and work life balance.

Dislikes

Pathetic work culture comprising both micromanagement and terrible work life balance. There is proper way to contact the HR as all communication are directed through manager only.
