Absolutely nothing worth mentioning. Not even basic employee benefits are provided. If you think getting paid late and treated like dirt is a perk, maybe this is for you.

Dislikes

They hit you with a surprise 2-year bond after selection. If you leave early, you owe monthly salary for every month you don’t serve. Lies and U-turns from HR (Priyanka Ghag). She re-approached me after I rejected their offer, promised to remove the bond, and took my joining date—then backed out saying “management isn’t agreeing.” When I called them out on wasting 1.5 months of my time, Priyanka said: “Anyway, you were at home.” — Seriously? Just because someone is between jobs, their time is worthless? That kind of arrogant, disrespectful attitude shows how little they value people. No PF. No health insurance. Payslips only if you ask. Salary comes on the 15th. Welcome to 2005. I spoke with the VP of Sales (Vijay Vasandi)—even he had no idea what HR was doing. The whole place lacks communication and leadership. --- Advice to Management: Stop treating professionals like beggars. Stop lying. If you want to retain decent people, offer basic benefits, ditch shady bond policies, and fire recruiters who think it’s okay to talk down to people. No one respects a company that operates like a roadside agency.

1] Interview interaction with the reporting manager was respectful. 2] Opportunity initally seemed promising. 3] All the positive reviews are mostly fake.

1] No job description or clear expectations were shared before the offer or onboarding. 2] A critical requirement(personal laptop) was only disclosed after onboarding, leaving no room to prepare. 3] Despite explaining my situation clearly and professionally, HR remained rigid and dismissive, offering no alternatives. 4] I was continuously asked to justify my actions, including why I didn't call or WhatsApp even though I clearly emailed them. 5] Rather than understanding or escalating the matter, the HR chose to pin the situation on me and the offer was abruptly withdrawn after joining the office citing my unavailability to arrange a laptop. 6] No further escalation or discussion with the reporting team occured. 7] The overall process reflected poor communication, lack of sympathy, and no ownership from HR in handling the onboarding fairly.
