For pramotion they don't see perticular person actually working or not. For ground level someone works but credit takes another person.

Harmful workshops floor environment, So issues in management, HOD having no sound knowledge and lack of technical skills, not supportive, job assurance zero, anybody can fire without notice period.

Work Environment worst as compare to other Ltd. Companies. Management is headed by poor leadership. As per other corporate jobs Quality itself doesn't rewarded there, less job security even they can fired you without a Single day notice period ( that's there level of management ).

Dislikes

They can fired a permanent Employee without any notice. So, the leadership is fully lack of professionalism.

Very poor management system, if you have talent to achieve any task then it's not a working place for you because your credit goes to someone else and they only highlight your flaws. There is no career growth.
