GF salary Vs. My salary
Me and my gf have been dating for 5 years. Back in 2020, I started my career with a package of ₹5 LPA. Over the years, I’ve reached ₹22 LPA in 2025. She started her journey with ₹3 LPA(2020) and is now earning ₹8 LPA(2025). We’ve been in a live-in relationship for around 2 years, and the idea was to share expenses equally. But, equal sharing never really happened. If we go to a café she likes, especially with friends, I will pay the entire bill. We only split the house rent and grocery bills. I told her lots of time to cut down these costly cafe expenses or earn more money, increase your package, study and work hard, but.....she is now in her comfort zone. Being from a tech background, I have seen people upgrade their skills and package for a good life in metro cities. I am ready to support her in her studies, but she is like I am earning enough for myself.... No, you are not. I love her, but I don't know how to overcome this issue between us. Please suggest!

There is nothing good.

Dislikes

1. There are deductions In your salary if you forget to regularize. Forget your one day salary you won't get it back. 2. They have laid off huge amount of people in 2023 3. Travel policies are worst. You won't get advance on time. Also there are many deductions on your own travel reimbursement from the finance. 4. Sr Management is a rubber stamp. This is a family business only family members are getting promoted. 5. Management is insensitive and inhumane 6. Even if you are visiting abroad from company's end. You have to bear the cost as the company won't provide you proper travel reimbursement. 7. Some managers are only interested in girls and they are very partial. 8. Zero professionalism, no employee friendly, money minded greedy management 8. Can't recommend this toxic working environment to anyone.

Home based employee they won't provide internet charges but in policy and offers letter its shows they will provide to internet charges to employees. During local travel for company work they won't provide meal expense to employee they have to pay from his pockets from company work . HR Team and management won't respond properly if employee need anything. HR and finance team very rude behaviour. Leave policy are very pathetic. No maternity leaves No flexibility. They will provided to employees very old laptops and the laptops always Hang. IT team won't respond even they frustrated with old laptops. Even then won't provide mouse also if we ask purchase from outside send the bill for rembrusiment.however bill won't get claim from finance team simply they put queries finally employees get frustrated I faced same issue. I replaced keyboard for company laptop after IT team approval but the didn't rembruisment i loss around 10 K. Overall my experience with this company very Horrible and very pathetic.

2 years of bond and if you breach the bond you have to work the notice period without any salary. Relieving and full and final process not smooth and very delayed. Can stop your salary even. Less leaves. Very poor HR and admin policies. Not approachable.
