The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role
It was an accidental slip. A teammate mentioned her CTC while we were chatting casually. Same designation, same team, joined after me but her salary was almost 30% more. My stomach dropped. If you are 15+ years experienced person and want to kill time and make money at the same time without having any stress go for this company. If you are young in your career or if you have ambitions of doing something then dont even bother going for interview , you will be dissapointed.

Techint is a good organization to work with. Initial period of my carrier there were good projects and work content also good. However later there were no EPC projects and I couldn't digest the vacuum period.
